PT Indal Aluminium Industry, Tbk need qualified candidates for the position :

1. Vice Plant Manager (VPM) – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• S1 in any engineering, preferably with post graduated (MBA)
• At least 5 years work experience in a manufacturing plant
• Possess initiative and leadership attributes, able to work independently, able to manage overall plant resources effectively
• Fluent in both oral and written in English, preferable in mandarin language
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2008

2. Sales and Marketing Manager – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• S1 degree in bussiness or marketing discipline
• At least 5 years work experience in similar position in the sales and marketing preferably in cookware manufacturing
• Able to formulate and implement strategic marketing plans
• Must be fluent in both oral and written english, preferable mandarin language
• Mature and assertive personality
• Good communication skill
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

3. Purchasing Import – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• Min S1 any discipline
• Fluent in oral and written mandarin language
• Lived in China min 3 years
• Willing to be assigned overseas
• Able to work independently and responsibility
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

4. Maintenence Supervisor – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• S1 engineering/electrical engineering
• Experience min 3 years in machine manufaktur
• Understand about the use and maintenance of machinery manufactur
• Understand about ISO 9000:2000
• Have leadership, time management, decision making
• Master of engineering drawings, hydraulic engineering, PLC program
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

5. Export Marketing – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• S1 degree in bussiness or marketing discipline
• Few years work experience in similar position
• Must be fluent in both oral and written English
• Good communication skill
• Computer literate min Ms.Office or open office
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

6. QA Staf – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• S1 any discipline
• Understand the Quality Management System (QMS)/ ISO 9001:2008
• At least 3 years experience in similar position in manufacturing plant
• Good interpersonal communication skill
• Have good analitical thinking
• Must be fluent in oral and written english
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

7. IT Staf – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• Male / Female with GPA min 2.75
• Already Passed / Waiting for graduation does not matter (who is the most important decree was passed out)
• Speaking English passive
• Understand and be able to operate:
• MS SQL, Web Programming (PHP / ASP), programming languages (Visual Basic), Reporting (Crystal Report), operating system, Administration
• Able to work in SIDOARJO, EAST JAVA

8. Technical/laboratory manager – Gresik, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• University graduate
• 3 – 5 years work experience in paint, coating, printing ink and varnish industry.
• Good command of the English Language both oral and written
• Familiarity with computer
• Upon appointment, the candidate will be sent to Germany and Italy for inhouse training
• Able to work in GRESIK, EAST JAVA

9. Merchandiser – Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• S1 degree in bussiness or marketing
• Preferable mandarin language
• Must be fluent in both oral and written english
• Good communication skill
• Willing to work in SIDOARJO, JAWA TIMUR

10. Sales and Marketing Manager – Gresik, Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• University graduate
• 2-3 years work experience with a proven track record in the sales, market/customer development and marketing strategies of paint/coating, ink and chemical products
• Good command of the english language both oral and written (German language would be an advantageous)
• Familiarity with computer
• Upon appointment the candidate will be sent to Germany and Italy for product familiarization
• Willing to work in GRESIK, JAWA TIMUR
